Content Engine
The system behind brands that never stop producing
Your brand has direction. Now it needs a machine that runs.
For product brands with the ambition to produce consistently but no system to make it happen.
You Might Already Have the Direction. The Problem Is Making It Happen.
You might have decent brand guidelines. Maybe even a strategy document sitting in a shared drive. The logo is right, the colours are defined, the website looks good.
But somehow, content still feels like chaos.
Your marketing person is doing their best, but they’re working without a system. Product photography briefs get made up on the fly. Nobody’s sure what’s going out this week or who’s responsible for what. A new product launch means starting from scratch every time: new shot lists, new copy, new point-of-sale materials, all pulled together under pressure with no repeatable process behind it.
That’s not a strategy problem. It’s a systems problem. There’s no process that connects “we have a new product” to “it’s photographed, listed, promoted and live across every channel.”
What a Content Engine Actually Does
It replaces the scramble with a system. Your team gets a structured workflow that covers product photography, e-commerce, campaigns, launches, media kits, stockist materials and social content. Every recurring task has a templated brief. Every channel has a publishing process. AI tools are configured with your brand voice so drafts take minutes, not hours.
The result: a team that knows what to produce, how to brief it, and where to publish it, without waiting to be told.
Who This Is For
This is for businesses where the product is strong, the team is willing, but the content operation doesn’t exist yet.
– Product brands with one or two people handling marketing and no system holding it together
– Growing businesses where all the marketing knowledge lives in one person’s head and nothing is documented, templated, or repeatable
– Brands that have invested in strategy (maybe even Brand Visual Strategy) but haven’t been able to implement it consistently across their online store, stockist materials, social channels and campaigns
Some clients come to this after completing a Brand Visual Strategy. Others already have clear brand direction from another source. Either way, the starting point is the same: an audit of how content actually gets produced in your business right now.
Is This a Fit?
This is right for you if:
– You have at least one person who could run a content operation if they had a system to work within
– You want to build internal capability, not hire an agency
– You’re ready to invest in infrastructure that pays off over months, not a quick fix
This is not the right fit if:
– You don’t have anyone internal who will use the system day-to-day
– You’re looking for someone to create all your content for you on an ongoing basis
– Your brand direction isn’t clear yet (start with Brand Visual Strategy first)
How It Works
1. Discovery and audit
We map how your business currently produces and publishes content. Who does what, what tools you use, where things stall, what’s missing. This gives us a clear picture of what needs to be built, not assumed.
Typically one to two sessions plus a review of your current channels, assets and workflows.
2. System build
We construct the operational infrastructure your team needs. This is the core of the engagement and typically takes two to four weeks.
What gets built depends on your business: production calendars, templated briefs, asset libraries, publishing workflows, project management workspaces, and AI-assisted content tools. Everything is built around your team’s actual capacity and tools, not an ideal scenario that falls apart on the first busy week.
3. Training and handover
We train whoever is responsible for day-to-day execution. Walk through the system, demonstrate workflows, and produce example assets together so your team can see exactly what good looks like and how to get there.
Typically one to two sessions, with reference materials your team can come back to.
4. Settling-in period
The first two weeks after handover are included. This is when the real questions surface: “where does this go?”, “what do I do when a stockist asks for images?”, “how do I brief the photographer for this?” We’re on hand to answer those quickly so your team builds confidence with the system while it’s fresh.
What You’ll Leave With
You won’t leave with a document to add to the pile. You’ll leave with a working operation your team can run from day one.
– A production and publishing workflow with a calendar that maps out shoots, campaigns, launches and content across every channel, with clear responsibilities at each step
– Templated briefs for product photography, lifestyle shoots, campaign assets, media kits, point-of-sale materials, social content, email and blog
– An asset library and brand hub where every product image, brand asset and piece of collateral lives in one organised, accessible place
– AI-assisted content tools configured with your brand voice and context, so your team can generate on-brand product descriptions, campaign copy, social captions and briefs without starting from a blank screen
– A trained team member who understands the system, knows how to use it, and can maintain it independently
Investment
Content Engine | from €3,000
The full engagement: discovery, system build, training and handover. Scope varies by business. A single-product brand with one person handling marketing is a different build from a multi-range business with a team managing product launches, stockist relationships, e-commerce, social and campaigns. We’ll scope it properly during a fit check call.
Typical timeline:Â 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to handover.
Ongoing Support | from €500/month
Once the system is running, some clients want ongoing support as their business grows. That might mean adapting workflows for a new product range, adding templates for a channel you weren’t using before, or a monthly check-in to make sure the system is still working as your team and priorities evolve.
Optional and month-to-month. No lock-in.
What This Isn’t
– An agency retainer where we create your content for you indefinitely
– A strategy document or brand guidelines (that’s Brand Visual Strategy)
– A one-size-fits-all template pack with no context
– A replacement for your team. It’s the system your team has been missing
What Changes After 90 Days
Your marketing person opens their workspace on Monday morning and knows exactly what needs to go out this week. The production calendar is populated. The briefs are templated. The AI tools are configured so draft copy, product descriptions and captions can be generated in minutes, not hours.
When a product launch comes up, they don’t panic. They pull a launch workflow template: photography brief sent to the photographer with a shot list already built, e-commerce listing drafted, stockist materials updated, social content scheduled, email campaign queued. Every step is mapped out. Nothing falls through the cracks, not because someone is chasing every task, but because the system keeps everything moving.
And when that marketing person goes on leave, gets promoted, or moves on, the operation doesn’t leave with them. It’s documented, templated and repeatable. The next person picks it up and runs.
Why Verver
Most marketing consultants can tell you what good content looks like. Most production people can make what you ask for. The gap is someone who builds the operational system and can produce the example assets that show your team exactly what good execution looks like in practice.
Verver comes from a production background: years of building photography, video, podcast and brand content for real clients with real constraints. That experience shapes everything in the Content Engine, from how the workflows are structured to how the AI tools get configured. Your team gets output that sounds like your brand, not like a chatbot, because the system is built by someone who knows what good production actually looks like.
